Tenant improvement for office and open work space. Traditional Medicinals, a plant based medicinal tea company, moved into award winning real estate project at SOMO Village in 2017 and occupies 23,000 square feet of administrative office space for its 80+ employees.

Performance Stage

Stage: A 1200 square foot (30ft X 40ft) steel structure with raised concrete deck for outdoor concerts. With this new stage SOMO Village is the most unique and enjoyable live performance facility in the North Bay.

1400 2nd Floor Interior Shell

Construction of new 810 sq ft 2nd floor view deck with 3 roll up doors. Building of interior demising walls for separation of tenant. Includes work for mechanical and electrical.

Reclaimed Wood Bleachers and Risers

Outdoor 1400 square foot raised wood decking for use as seating for concert venues. Wood decking material was salvage from 1906 old growth redwood bleachers originally from Polo Fields at Golden Gate Park, SF.

Session Climbing

Indoor rock climbing and fitness gym. The top of the 23,000-square-foot building will be 55 feet, tall enough to accommodate new climbing walls up to 47 feet high and large banks of windows allowing in natural light. The proposed project will include construction of rooms for yoga and other fitness, as well as space for community events. The business and building will add value and vitality to the surrounding area and attract a vibrant and diverse array of Santa Rosa’s residents.

Traditional Medicinals

Interior tenant improvement for offices and ancillary spaces. Work includes replacement of windows on north side of second level 1400 building at SOMO Village and installation of mechanical equipment on roof, as well as non-bearing partitions, new skylights, new lighting, new restrooms, yoga room and finishes.
